  • Peter Ogbonna is a Performance improvement trainer, Culture Change driver, Soft skills facilitator, Life & Career Coach, Business Innovation Coach, and an Innovative Thinker. He is also a life and self-realization coach whose personal mission is to assist individuals navigate the process of finding themselves and birthing their dreams. He is currently an adjunct faculty for The HR School and Chief Innovative Officer, Innovative Point.

He has attended courses on Project Management (Prince2 Foundation certified), Risk Assessment, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution. Peter is a UK certified life & Business Coach and also a certified Practitioner of the global Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP).

  • Over the past 8-years, Peter has had hands-on corporate experience in creating & facilitating Culture Change Projects, design of Enterprise Solution Platforms, Strategy, Project Management, Product Design, Concept Creation & Management Consulting. Peter has sat on tons of interview panels and has been involved in selection processes of new employees for various organizations.

  • As a prolific speaker, Peter has facilitated at several Corporate Workshops, Campus Youth events. He has assisted over 3,000 Nigerians migrate from concept to actual Marketplace start-up phases in the last 5 years.
