- ARUOSA Osemwegie is the Lead Partner, Enable Africa and Programs Director, The HR School. He is an alumnus of both the Harvard Business School and the Lagos Business School’s executive programmes in Human Capital Management. He is a HR consultant, Life & Career Coach, Job Search Strategist, Service Excellence Activist, Workplace Readiness Coach, Business Innovation coach and a Youth Instigator. He is a 2014 alumnus and recipient of the W.P. Carey Certificate in Customer Experience from Center for Services Leadership, Arizona State University. He has had privileged learning in service excellence from the renowned service guru, John Tschohl and in human resources management from the leading thought leader, Dave Ulrich.

- He is one of the first set of people in Nigeria to earn the all set of Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Professional in Human Resources and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications. An Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and founding Executive Director, Sponsor a Child thru School (NGO). Aruosa has a particular passion for helping people ‘extend themselves beyond themselves’.
- He has consulted and worked with leading light organisations, including Guaranty Trust bank. He was one time Deputy Head, Resourcing GTBank and Head, Human Resources Alpha Consortium. Aruosa has been writing, coaching, speaking and facilitating in the last fifteen years. A regular columnist (about three years) on youth empowerment, human resources, people management in The Guardian Nigerian newspapers.
